Hey Shane my motors forum pal :)....the home whitening strips are not all that great unless you have previously done a professional whitening. They dont have to potency to get into the tooth and really remove stain. I do however recommend them to people that have done whitening previously and just need a little maintenance.

Crest strips are ok and long on the market. Beware counterfeit ones on the internet, its full of them.

    Hey Fitz,

I was asking on the motors forum if you're in a M4 now?

I've had mine whitened professionally before. Might try the crest ones - was going to get them from here... https://caliwhite.ie/collections/crest-whitestrips legit?

    Hi Shane,
I 2nd crest strips I find them very good.
I used another type of whitening strips previously, can’t remember which they were, they didn’t do a thing-no difference at all however with the crest strips my teeth are very white. Ive only used maybe 10 strips in the 3 years I have them-the packet is a 30 day course!
Now my teeth weren’t very dark to begin with so if your teeth are particularly dark whitening from a dental surgery would likely be your best option.

Look I dont know o much about where to get em, but so long as they are legit. If you had whitening done before that worked well they are a good maintenance option.

I always explain it to patient that the first whitening your trying to whiten out decades of stains. After that is only a few months your trying to remove.

The strips dont have the concentration of bleaching free radicles to do much work, nore does the strip hold the gel or direct the oxygen into the tooth. They are super handy and minimally expensive.

Be sure though there are Chinese knock offs all over the place and i have seen some horror story burns from them. The one I can buy in my surgery are reassuringly expensive, about 30-50 euro for the box.
