    Hello

Why am I still paying maintenance fee of five euro when I have over €3000 in my account?

    Thanks

    Hi boomerek,

Thanks for getting in touch with us on Boards.

The €5 quarterly maintenance fee is separate to transaction fees on your account. When you have €3000 or above in your Current account for the full fee quarter, you will qualify for the No Transaction Fees offer for that fee quarter however the maintenance fee does still apply.

Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

    Thanks,
    Sarah

People should be rewarded by a bank for given their money to, not charged.

Yep, always annoys me this one. The people with little to no money get charged fees and the ones with thousands who perhaps can afford fees are the ones who don't have to pay.
