    HI All,

I have a problem with boiler and after reading few treads first i would like to check photocell.

Basically boiler is not firing up, there is a noise from the boiler (cant really describe - humming - something like that).

Can somebody tell me where photocell is located?

Also is photocell opening circuit or closing? (presume closing so pomp can deliver oil) - please correct me if im wrong.

    Thanks
    Dan

As a update for everybody, photocell was not damaged. Was checking what is going on for half a day and it established that electronic panel was damaged or solenoid valve. As a boiler was 14 years old i decided to buy new one - Grant Vortex 90-120 (1580 euro if somebody is interested what price).

Topi can be closed, thanks for the help.

    Thanks for letting us know.

Make sure it’s properly commissioned and passport filled in and sent off, to ensure Gramts guarantee holds up.
