Composite door warping

I had one of these doors installed last September. I noticed this morning that the handle took a lot of force to open the door. When I inspected it, I noticed that the door had warped inward at the top and bottom placing strain on the locking mechanism which was why it was hard to open and close. While it was cold out this morning and the inside of the house was warm, this problem didn’t occur during the snow of two weeks ago. I’ve called the suppliers but no response

Any update on what happened with your door? Considering a composite but a lot of mixed reviews online...

They came out and adjusted the hinges to stop it jamming in the door stops. However the door now appears to be not as tight in the frame and I feel a slight draught around the edges of the door. In the current weather, theres no sign of it warping as that occurs in strong sunlight.

Good God!. They shift the door away from the frame to ease top and bottom pressure. Then move the lock receiver back in the frame so that the now-further-away-from-the-receiver-lock can still engage.

    What a bodge.

I know. I contacted the manufacturer and they came out and blamed the installer. The installer blamed the manufacturer and now I'm caught in the middle.

That's what I'm worried about. I've read a lot of similar stories on trustpilot
