Firebird boiler

I have a firebird heatpac c35 boiler it won’t fire when you turn on the time clock. I have replaced the dual thermostat control box. The boiler will fire up and stay runing if I disconnect the cable from frost thermostat and link them with a bit of cable. I have also replaced the frost thermostat but still won’t fire when…

Do you have 240 volt between neutral and live before the duel stat?.Do you have 240 volts between live and neutral after the duel stat?.Have you zones in the house,The frost stat is independent of the time clock.No point taking links from the frost stat,its also dangerous doing this
