A Complaint about turas Nua

There was five of us in Turas Nua, we had to look for jobs, our adviser was ignorant and insulting.

Was not able to log on to the computer with the password they had she on the top of her voice could not understand it, do you not know the difference between capital letters and small letters, she said things like that, if your not good at computers, she should understand it can be difficult to do that. One women said she gets email alerts about jobs from job sites and the adviser told her that's a lazy mans way of looking for a job, she should go into the sites and individually look for the jobs. someone else had to go catch the bus and she said are you lying to me, he only wanted to go a little earlier, other than that he would have to wait 5 and half hours for the next bus. there is so much that happened i was a bit upset after it.

Can i make a complaint (i don't know if that will cause trouble) or can i get a new adviser I'm totally disheartened with everything, I have done everything that has been asked to, I understand she might of had a bad day but does people not realize what they are saying.

Any advise is welcomed

You should write to the manager of the centre and complain about how you feel the mentors behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional and list the incidents you mention here.
You should ask for reassurance that this will not happen again.
Ask them to respond to you in 7 working days.
Personally none of the incidents would cause me to do much more than roll my eyes but that’s just me.

some people are just jerks .. that is life and in the workplace there is very little you can do about it.

I would just tough it out this scheme is not a pro operation
it is a no-frills easy money op for them no point in making the full year hell for yourself
Turas nua go through adviser's like greasy diarrhea through a vertical 4 foot diameter pipe
just do what they say as best you can and you will be fine
