Most of the bearings with 12mm bore are around 30mm OD. Is it possible to make up a sleeve to increase OD, or is there a sleeve on existing bearing?

hi ya bren11 thanks for reply / help,

im not about the bearing, its for a friend on his ride on mower, i did take it off for him & got a new belt at the same time we was trying to get replacement bearing, so friend just gave me the size of it (measured with a electronic Vernier Caliper) & i was looking over the net.
im still looking over the net at car fan belt / auxillery belt pully wheel bearing & these seem not to far from size, nearest 1 so far i got to is bmw 318 pully bearing. il keep looking & get back with my findings.
    cheers mate.
