crap , it seems HMV is gone too as an option to buy game points from mobile credit, I was enjoying it as i had €40 a month to burn, anyone know of any other sites that allow you to buy with mobile credit.

If you have an Xbox you can add your phone as payment method I think. Could probably use it to buy games from the Windows game store for PC too but not sure.

I am with you, I tried to cancel my netflix and set it up via google play but unable to add the phone as a payment method, I think you are supposed to be able to use credit for Google Music but I was unable to get that going either.

Google music works ok. Netflix apparently stopped supporting mobile payments in Ireland recently...

Any other ideas what to do without the credit would be welcome.

Other things in the play store you might forget about; Newsstand and Movies. I've bought digital newspapers a few times. Will test out the movie rental soon, I'm wondering if rented movies can be streamed through the youtube app, i.e. could I stream them through a PS4, youtube have the same movie rental service but mobile billing isnt available

Only stuff I'd be spending the credit on would be PSN, I don't bother with paid apps.
