    Hi,

    We are living in a complex of about 9 duplex apartments off Clanbrassil St. (Harolds Cross Bridge end) and have been without any water whatsoever since midday Thursday.

    We have tried calling and got no answers other than the target is to fix issues within 24 hours, although I can't see any repairs taking place in the area. I expect we're on the South circular road, Clanbrassil Street or Parnell Road - none of which are being flagged as being fully out of service on your website.

    Could you please provide an update for when the repairs will be complete? If it's going to be another while then we can make alternate arrangements for accommodation rather that waiting it out.
