Hi I was wondering if someone could help me figure out how much I will receive .
Last year me and my partner were both unemployed and we received
188 for me 124 for him and 29ish for our son.
    (Round about numbers)
So we had about 350 from social welfare.
Then my partner found work and our payment was reduced to 159 euros.
Now I have found part time work ( 3 days a week ) and I have signed up for casual work.
Can anyone help me figure out how much SW will take now that I work 3 × 6hr shifts a week at 9.75 an hour

Basically how much will I get paid a week from social welfare,if anything?

Edit : social welfare means tested us very recently and are aware of all of our earnings and stuff.

    Thank You

Your partner is working and your family is getting €159 per week and now your going to get €175.50 wages too ? How much is he earning from work?

    Hi, no that's not correct
    My partner earns about 300.
We were getinng 159 from sw. Brining our family income to 459 euros.

Now I am working that 159 has been stopped ( naturally) but the way it works is because I am only working part time I still have to pass in slips. Social welfare may still pay us anywhere from 5 to 65 euros a week, but I'm not sure.

I thought that three days of work a week means you aren't entitled to anything for the rest of the week from SW.

If your family is income is €475.50 then you’ll get €30 per week at least FIS.
If you sign off the dole you’ll also get BTWFD of €31.80 per week for one year half that for the 2nd year.

No it's up to three days a week, and if I work four one week I just won't get paid that particular week. If I work 3 the next I will still get whatever my means are.

I looked it up on citizens advice and it says I will get deducted about 66 euro a week for working 3 days a week.

That is if my maths is correct.

Gross pay weekly €170 -€20 per day worked (20 x= -60 euro) = 110 and then get 60% of that sum and that is my means. Which is 66 euro so... Yeah is that right?
