Hi all, anybody has experience with the charger in Kilbeggan? On ESB site it says that access is between 8 and 10.30 - can this be accurate? I have used this charger many times but always during the daytime so not sure.. it is a petrol station and they do have a gate there so it can be closed for the night in theory...
