Export a vehicle...VRT claim back

    If I sold a vehicle, say 2005 to be exported can I claim VRT back...or is there a thing like this...can new owner claim it back..?

    Only registered owner can claim VRT back.
    Car must have OMSP of €2000 or over.
    And proof of removal from Ireland and registration abroad is needed.

    Did you already sell the vehicle?
    What make and model is it?
