I have a small room in my house which I am very interested in turning in to my own personal home gym. I am not looking for any state of the art equipment now or anything, I would like it to be as simple as possible (obviously having the essentials for a good workout)

Looking for tips or suggestions on what equipment to look for (strength training so weights) and where is the best place to get these.

Will also be working off a budget for this gym 500-700
