Was dumb enough to leave car into Fastfit Cherry orchard for service, also needed brake pads/discs replaced.

Collected the car, the numpties had managed to smash the wheel nut lock, hence didn't replace the brakes, and basically told me its just one of those things, nothing they could do about it, and they wouldn't be able to obtain a replacement,

I now have to get a replacement from an Audi garage at a cost of appx €50.

I also noticed that the wheel they had broken the nut lock on, they had actually managed to remove the nut, and so now the front wheel is missing one of the 5 nuts. They never even mentioned that to me.

    Absolute cowboys. Avoid avoid avoid.

If the service sounds cheap ....there's a reason for that.

I wouldnt let them near a wheel barrow. Cowboys the lot of them.
One on northside changed brakes on girlfriends car a few years ago. She collected the car and was driving home on the m50 and when she went to press the brakes the pedal went to the floor. Could have been catastrophic. Numpties!! Car was recovered to the place and they shrugged their shoulders. I was fit to kill them

By the way you can get replacement lock nut keys on ebay for less than 10 quid

Fastfit have been recommended here before several times, starting a thread to label them all as cowboys will just get thread locked.
