Terenure Inn doing this great deal for last good while, saw their ad again today - really is fantastic value:

2 Sirloin steaks on the Stone, and a full bottle of House wine - €35 Mon-Thurs. (€45 Fri-Sun).

Also now doing Sunday carvery where kids under 10 get free carvery with adult meal - makes for good value for 2 adults 2 kids:

    "With any adult meal"

    2 adults = 2 kids eat free
    3 adults = 3 kids eat free

I'd say they may have been taken for a ride on that offer, because the sign has been changed from 'Children' to 'Child'.
    The 'Eat' implies plural.

Good offer, btw. How much is the carvery?

Haven’t availed of this offer but they’ve a pretty decent one on groupon at the moment as well: three course meal for two for €34. I really like the Terenure Inn and their food is excellent.

I spotted this on their carvery menu online
1 Child Under 10yrs Eat Free ( kids meal ) with any adult main course
OFFER AVAILABLE IN THE PUB ONLY
What does 'in the pub only' mean? In the bar as opposed to in the lounge?

Deffo the lounge, I don't think many eat in the bar side of the pub.
Perhaps they mean not up at the back which is the reserved for food area and they don't want to fill it up with screaming kids!
