Dublin 7, Smithfield, Low water pressure

    Hi,

At Saturday night our water pressure went extremely low. I thought it would be ok on Sunday, but we still have the same issue even on Monday.
It is a three-floor building and I rent on the third floor. I was talking to our neighbours and they told me that they are also experiencing water issues but their water is fine now.
We have only cold water in the kitchen that flows ok but not as much as before.
The tap in the bathroom pours a thin thread of water, it takes a long time to refill the toilet and our electric shower stopped working due to low water pressure.
I have reviewed the water disruption map and I have not found what could cause a disruption in my area (it is North King street btw).
My neighbours told me that we have a different set of pipes and their pipes went frozen on Thursday.
I called to my landlord and described him the issue, but he has not come back to me yet.

Could you advise what I should do in my situation please?

    Hi.

Apologies for the delay in response.

If your neighbours have frozen pipes and are unaffected other wise, it may mean that you also experienced a frozen pipe.

More information on how to deal with frozen pipes can be found here and any updates for your area can be found on our website.

We hope this is resolved for your shortly.

    Thanks,
    Mairead
