    Hi folks,

Hope this an appropriate forum to ask this question.

We did 120k worth of building works tk our primary residence last year (April to Sept 2017). Builder is registered, VAT compliant & the work qualifies for HRI. But the job wasnt registered on the revenue system at the time of commencement of works...builder thought we weren't bothered with HRI.

Can our builder retrospectively apply? Any advice appreciated.
