domestic foul line not laid to fall

Hello, I had a plumbing issue this weekend which required me to investigate the foul line running from the house. On lifting the AJ we noticed that there was no flow when flushing toilets inside the house. With the help of a camera we found that the line under the house that the toilets etc are connected to had a sag in it with waste collecting in it. It is a new build. I don't think there are any practicable solutions as the line runs under the house but at the same time I think I want to notify the builder. Am I wasting my time?

Not if it a new build and the builder is solvent

Thanks Calahonda...can you elaborate on how you think this would play out? I can't see a construction solution to the matter (other than digging up my house).

You will be plagued with ongoing blockage problems with that drain.
Contact the builder asap and get it dealt with, yes they will have to dig it all up and put it all back the way it was, but that is their problem and what their insurance is for.
Honestly, you will be glad you went through the trouble now and not tried chasing someone in years down the road.
