Broadband Issues

Looking for some suggestions on what might need changing here. Lately, I have been having issues with connecting to broadband during the daytime but it is only affecting one of my devices. Where I do most of my actual browsing.
We have 2 smartphones, a game console wired, and laptop variously wired/unwired, no difference when this issue is occurring. At this time of the evening, there never seems to be any issues.
Hoping it something as simple as the 2.4

e.g. just now a wire download speed 69 Mbps, upload, 24 Mbps,
wireless was 48 Mbps, upload 24 Mbps.

During the day it can go from performing somewhat similar to the number above to returning download speed of 3Mbps or not even Managing to display the GO link to launch to speed test, alongside, other latency issues, such as not play youtube videos, opening up emails etc.
