Hey all with the snow and all was wondering if i can collect my dads Essential Needs Payment from the Post office tomorrow ?? or is this illegal?? he is quite old

Do you mean his pension? Or an exceptional needs payment? Did he apply to the CWO for one?

If it's his pension, he can nominate an agent for the future but not tomorrow. If it's an exceptional needs payments, I thought they got paid out on the spot if granted, but if there is an arrangement through the post office, I would imagine the nominated agent thing would still apply.
