Cold Radiators ðŸ˜*

Woke up this morning to a freezing cold house. None of the radiators are working. Checked that we hadn't run out of oil - there's about 200 litres of oil in the tank. The boiler is firing up. I can touch the flow and flow and return pipes in our utility room and both are hot.

There's some strange noises in the house . I can't work out where they are coming from but it sounds like a hollow noise in the pipes. The hot water is at 44 degrees. The hot and cold tap seem fine although there's maybe a little less pressure than usual in the cold tap.

I have no chance of getting a plumber for the next few days as our road is inaccessible. Could anyone give me any advise on what to do?

Have you tried bleeding the radiator s.

    Is there enough pressure.

The radiators were hot yesterday so doubt I need to bleed them?

Water pressure seems ok. I just had a shower and it was fine.

Give it a try. Could be air lock. Pump could be gone.

Check that your heating stat is turned up enough and that the zone valve is opening.
