    Where Castle Street meets Market Street there are 2 shops and 4 apartments. I got a call from one tenant yesterday morning complaining of no water.

    On arrival I found that none of the tenants have any water supply at all. I searched as best I could on the footpath outside for stopcocks but had no success.

    None of the shops along the street were open so I couldn't find out if their supply was ok. It sounds like frozen pipes but I'm not sure where.

    Any suggestions as to what next ? Who do I call ?
