Wells and Freezing conditions

A private well with no water to the house since last night. Pipes are frozen to the house. Have a frostwatch heater installed in pumphouse which is doing it's job in protecting the pump. Temperature has dropped to -3 here now, should I turn off Well Pump until thaw or is it safe to leave on. Would appreciate any advice..
