Can someone recommend a nice mild, low acidity bean to purchase? I love Cork Coffee Roasters Summer hill blend, but want to try something different.

I am a fan of low acidity beans too - Would recommend Bell Lane's Dragonfly espresso (a really nice light milk chocolately taste) or the Bailies Nota & Umbra blends.

Bailies Guji Natural is gorgeous. I like Square Mile Red Brick Espresso too.

Have you tried the washed Guji beans?

If you look at my post in the 3FE thread I received this from them, it's definitely on the low-acidity end of the scale, lovely and sweet.
