Hi, Male rhythm guitarist / singer here, 42 years young looking for a lead guitarist to form an acoustic band with. I hope to eventually add a cajon / percussion player and female singer to complete the set – up. This would suit someone who isn’t in a hurry to get out giging and is more into working on a solid setlist over time. Ability is not nearly as important as someone who’s willing to put the effort in and is willing to play anything from pop/rock to country to Irish / ballads so beginner/improvers welcome! Rehearsals will be in Kildare town hopefully on a weekly basis if possible and contacts for gigs and PA equipment are in place but this is more of a long term project and there will be plenty of time given to learning songs so gigs are not a priority right now. Someone who can sing harmony or is willing to learn harmony parts would be great as we’ll more than likely be tackling Eagles, Beatles, Fleetwood Mac etc as well as more up to date stuff, anyway, if anyone is interested, please PM me and I’ll get back to you, Thanks.
