Hello I have two full sleeve tattoos. My first sleeve went in without any problems no marks on it during aftercare. I have two full sleeve tattoos. My first sleeve went in without any problems no marks on it during aftercare.

My secound sleeve however i seem to be getting alot of these little marks that look like bits of skin came off prematurely and a small bit deeper than flaking skin.

I have stayed with same artist who hasnt changed any equipment or inks.

Does anyone have any idea what it is, what would be causing this and how to treat it.

They arent bad just annoying and bit sore as they are small bit deeper than flaking skin.
Any help appreciated
