Building in the near future, going planting some hardwood trees 50-100meters from house to block a view of a pylon, looking for advice on what to plant that cattle won’t eat, would like a mixture birch beech ash, about 10 trees in a line would keep trimmed nice and tidy.

Cattle with eat and destroy any tree you plant unless you fence the off.
    They'd wreck them completely.

Was thinking that just wondering if there was any they would avoid

Cattle love a good branch to scratch off too. To be on the safe side I would fence them off.
