Can a HKC 812 have it's firmware upgraded

    I'm looking to swap out my old dialler for a GSM-SW-SC in my existing HKC 812 panel, which is currently in a firmware version of 7.0

    I do know the GSM-SW-SC needs a version of 7.32 or greater, but any installer I've asked for a quote are looking to sell me a new panel, which I don't particularly need.

    Before I insist on the firmware upgrade, does anyone here know if can actually be done? Any contact info on the HKC site (where I went to ask this question originally) mentions that 'installer only'
