Confused over traffic lane- Finglas

First time poster. In the area the last few months and still get confused over which lane I should be in.

Its the Wellmount Road/Finglas Road junction at the lights.

When I am on Wellmount Road approaching the junction (can see Paddy Powers/"Bottom of the Hill" pub ahead), there are 2 lanes : the left hand lane is for left and right turning. The right hand lane is for right turning only. I want to turn right and then immediately left (lets say I want to go to Paddy powers). So which lane should I be in?

I've gotten grief off a couple of other drivers at this junction for "being in the wrong lane". If I am in the left lane because I want to turn right and then left, the only green light for the left lane is a green left hand arrow (this would mean that I am holding up someone behind me who actually just wants to go left and having them blow the living daylights out of me with their horn). However, if I use the right hand lane to turn right, I have to then indicate left as Im turning right to then move into the left lane. One day I did this I had someone cut me right up on my inside left.

Sorry for the long post, please if someone is familiar with the area tell me which lane I should be in for this maneuvre!
