Order a product online and it hasn't arrived but I've been charged for it

    After contacting them numerous times via phone and email and getting no response as to why I haven't received an update on my order or where is it, I investigated the company further and saw numerous threads on boards.ie from people in the same boat as myself, money taken but no product. Can you please advise how I can get my money back?
    I have proof of purchase from my banking online receipt, etc.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to Boards.ie.

    If you made the payment using a debit card, you raise a dispute using the Visa Debit Dispute form available here. The form needs to be submitted by post to the address on the form.
