So I got a replacement seal from hotpoint but no clue how to get this panel Off? I have the top off and I e en took the door off but just don't see how to get the front panel off. I also have the kicker off. Just don't see anymore screws...

The front panel cannot be removed from these particular machines, it is factory welded. To replace the door seal you will have to remove the top panel, top counterweight, top and bottom hoses, belt and motor, electrical connections and withdraw the entire drum from the machine. This is an 11 kgs drum I would bet and is quite big. To be honest it's a big task for somebody that's not working on appliances all the time.!!
To be fair, these door seals are quite rugged and meant to out last the machine drum bearings (which also cannot be replaced as the drum is factory sealed/plastic welded).
A quick fix for you may be to use a rubber repair compound on the old seal. I have used this in the past and it's been effective. All depends on where tear/damage is. if it's the lip the seals against the door glass it should do the trick.
