Gas Boiler wont start when downstairs switched on

Hi my gas boiler has a downstairs and upstairs timer switch. When i use DS switch the boiler doesnt start, when i use US switch it works fine. The thermostat is set to 17 deg..would anyone know what maybe the issue.. Thanks Marc

More than likely a motorised valve in the hot press not working.
Take a photo of the hotpress

False alarm..tenant had turned thermostat down by accident..
