Short term health insurance for tourists in Ireland

A friend of mine is looking to bring his elderly parents (60-70) to Ireland for a one month visit. They are Indian citizens and he is worried their Indian health insurance may not adequately cover any issues they have while in Ireland.
Since they have preexisting conditions, travel insurance may not cover them either.

Can anyone recommend a short term health insurer? He is happy to pay any premiums while they are here as long as they have good coverage.

    Thanks in advance!

Have never heard of short term health insurance for visitors. Especially elderly people who have pre-existing health issues. Has he spoken to their own providers in India?

They can get travel insurance, but they will have to pay for it.
if they are Indian nationals their first port of call should be Indian travel insurance providers.
