I'm self employed and have a commercial van, commercial insurance.

Am I legally allowed drive this van on Sundays for private use like doing the shopping etc?
And if not, can I tax it privately so that I can then use it Sundays etc?

    Thanks in advance :)

Yes every commercial has the option to tax privately. You will however still need to test every year and pay the private rate based on engine cc not the emissions
