Wrist injury

A few years ago I fractured the scaphoid bone in my right wrist.

I've had limited upper wrist movement since and any movement forced upwards can cause pain.

For instance I can place my left hand on a wall and it will lay flat with my arm being almost horizontal, however if I try this with my right hand my arm will not be horizontal.

Is there a way to relax the muscle and stretch the wrist back to nornal deflection.
