Trade in -Gave log book without signing

Need bit of advice ,Yesterday i bought a second hand car from dealer on Naas road and also traded my old car but i never signed the log book for my old car. On sale receipt it doesn’t say that I traded my old car ,its just shows discount amount against my old car .Could this cause problems down the line?

Most reputable dealers can do the change of ownership online these days. Check the motortax.ie website for ownership status regularly, it should show "transferred to a dealer" after a few days.
