Where to order cheap foods outside Ireland?

I was in England during the week and bought some delicious items that aren't available here. I've looked on Amazon for them as usually it's the most affordable for shipping but something that cost me £2 is £6 on Amazon. Can anyone think of a good way to order the stuff or a decent website?
