planning application cost

    Hi - could anybody indicate the cost associated with preparing and making a planning application for a new driveway to a terrace house in Dublin- thanks

    Depends who you use.
    All the standard associated costs apply such as newspaper, OS maps, printing, site notice etc

    It then comes down to who you use, Engineer, Architect, Surveyor, Technician, Local Draughtsman.

    Where in Dublin are you as some streets are harder to get permission for this than others.

    Unfortunately even something quite small like a Driveway Planning application, still involves a lot of work to the professional involved
    And as Kceire has said, the same expenses and fees apply to the project

    The same map you buy costs the same as Johnny developer for his 139 apartment development. Newspaper cost will be lower of course but still €150-€250 depending on paper.
