business bill for domestic use

    Hi there,
    Hoping you can help me with the below issue...
    First a little background. My Dad has 2 sites in question. Site A is farmland and has a connection for such that is paid annually. No issues there.
    Site B is his homestead and also some farmland. Years ago there was a connection for farming here but since he built a new house there 4 years ago the connection is for domestic use ONLY.
    Despite this he is receiving quarly bills for business use. He has been in touch by phone and was told the same despite the water connection going to the house and been used for domestic uses only.
    He even asked the person to send someone out to prove the above but NO!!
    So my question is what can be done to resolve this situationas the bills keep coming and they wont be paid as they are charges for something that isn't correct.

    My parents are having a similar experience to the above. There is an additional business account registered at a domestic premises....the house does have out houses but never operated as a farm or business and doesn't have any supply other than to the house. There are 2 WPRNs referenced to the same address despite the fact only one meter / one connectio exists. 

    We have tried the phone line and have had zero luck resolving.
