52cm Cannondale Supersix evo frameset for sale. Non hi-mod version. Bought early last year as a complete bike and stripped. Used for around 2 months before changing frame. No issues with bike at all and was hoping to hold onto it but think it might need to go to make space for another. Perfect condition. Less than 600km on it I'd judge. Matt black and white colour. Comes with headset and BB30 already installed. 550 euro.

I'll work on getting some pictures uploaded tonight.

Hi Joey, I’m interested in this but price is a little high for me. Can offer €400. Cheers

Hi jayjbe, thanks for the offer, but it's too low for me. Thanks for the interest.

No problem. I'm factoring in collection cost. If it looks like I'm in Dublin soon or if you are around the south east let me know and I can offer more. Cheers.

I have family down in the South East so might be down that direction in 2 weeks or so. If I am and the frame is still available I will let you know.

If it helps, I'm up and down Waterford to Dublin at least twice a week if you agree payment, terms etc but need a courier - happy to assist.

Hey Jayjbe, I had hoped to be down this weekend but that was just cancelled. I'd say at this stage it would probably be mid-late April by the time I get down.

    Sorry for any hassle.

Thanks for the offer Blaa Man.

When I said 'courier', I meant it in the non-professional sense, freebie etc. just offering to help ;)

Hi BM, thanks for the offer. Much appreciated. I'll hold tight for now and see if I can sort something with Joey.

Hi Joey, where are you based in Dublin? I might be up in the next month.

    Hi joey

Was this originally 2016 tiagra version with 27.2 seatpost sizing ?
Also what size is the stem fitted ?

Pretty sure you are right. Bike was bought September 2016, stripped completely and then rebuilt spring 2017. Bought an Allez dsw in may 2017 so been unuses since the.

I'll double check when I get home but pretty sure it's a 27.2mm seat post and think it's a 90/80mm cannondale stem. I never used the stem so would have to measure. Original unused cannondale saddle there as well. Could include a zipp seat post I put in it too if there was interest.

Edited to add, yep a 27.2mm seat post. Zero setback. Bike was fully built at start of April 2017, new frame bought end of may 2017 and bike was stripped again. Less than 2 months use on it, and it was used alongside my TT bike so very little use. Have stuff like a gossamer bb30 crank or the adapters to make it compatible with shimano hallowtech . Had hoped to hang onto it to rebuild it again, bit have my eye on a different new frame so need to make room.

Has the fork steerer been cut ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,435 ✭✭✭joey100

Yep. There is 2x5mm spacers above the stem in the picture shown and a high-conical shaped spacer under the stem too, with I think 1 5mm spacer above the larger spacer as well.

Ok , I’ll measure my one at home and compare .

I'll double check and measure the spacer heights tonight and let you know. I know the conical one is pretty high, I'd say close to 20mm but I'll double check and let you know.

Yeah just the spacers . I’m familiar with the conical . I’ve also a Cannondale so can compare pretty easily to my own . I’d like to keep the same geometry

2x5mm spacers below the larger spacer and 2x5mm spacers above it.

Have managed to clear the space (and funds) so going to hang onto this for now.
