Vertical radiator question

I'm looking to replace the horizontal rad in the dinning room with a vertical rad, something like https://www.diy.com/departments/blyss-faringdon-vertical-radiator-white-h-1800-mm-w-452-mm/1722819_BQ.prd.
Because I cannot simply drill new channels for the pipes in the floor I need to drop down the pipes from the rad in the bedroom above.
My question is, can I fit the vertical rad upside down (i.e. the pipes get connected at the top of the rad instead of the bottom?)
I am assuming if there is air in it, it will simply go up to the rad in the bedroom and I can bleed it there?
