I was cleaning my car this morning and I ended up taking the top glossy coat off with the power washer, it looks like it's just the top layer. Does anyone know what I should be asking for when ringing for quotes and how much should I be looking to pay? It's a dimond shape, about 3 inches at it's widest and an inch at it's highest.

A respray of the affected panel is what you need to ask for.
