Distance clock resetting - Renault Kadjar

Having an ongoing issue with the distance clock on a Renault Kadjar. Only noticed it starting the car in cold weather, but the distance clock seems to reset itself. Sometimes to 0, other times to another number. Had it back to the garage twice but they can't find any fault from the diagnostic! Anyone else experience this…
