I not so recently purchased a canon 70d and havent really utilised it as i should have, i've taken it out again now and am trying to take it everywhere with me but i know there are hundreds of features the camera has that i know nothing about. I shoot on auto :/

What would be the best way to learn up or meet with like minded people? i know Dublin Camera Club are very popular but their next beginers class is September.

Any pointers or advice welcome thanks

I'm going out shooting tomorrow, early (7ish till 8/8:30ish for the dawn), near Donabate. If you, or any others, fancy getting really cold then come over and say 'Hi'. PM me for details.

Next weekend, weather and wife permitting I'm heading into the Wicklow hills, again early in the morning to shoot the dawn light over one of the lakes.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.
