Hi - in the middle of a self build and have a technical query

I'm installing a Beam Axco MVHR C75 Mechanical Ventilation System with Heat Recovery, and I'm just filling out the ESB connection form, which needs info on

    Continuous Operating Current
    Starting Current
    Minimum interval between Starts

appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction!

    Thanks

You should try find the installation manual for it, and there it should list things like it's power demand (in watts) and whether it is a fixed speed or variable speed device.
The continuous operating current should either be listed (in Amps) or if not you can roughly divide the power demand by 230V. Doesn't take into account power factor, but I think these modern devices have to be internally corrected to have PF better than 0.95
If it's a variable speed device, you can reasonable assume the starting current is equal to the operating current. Or if it's not a VSD and there is a different startup current, they might state what the start-up current is, either in absolute terms, or as a multiple of the operating current.
For the minimum interval between starts, in practice, this thing is going to run all the time? If so, you might only have it off for a few hours at a time to change filters...

Any other significant / heavy loads of note, that might be "agricultural" in nature? by asking these questions, they're trying to assess if there is anything significant which is connected to their network, and might cause disturbances. Things like large pumps? Wood turning machines / lathes? In house vacuum cleaners?

Are you referring to the ESB NC2 form(section 7)?

That section of the form is for Heat Pumps, not for Heat Recovery ventilation.

Can you confirm what form and section you are referring to.

    Thats the one - NC2, section 7

So thats not applicable in my case?

The 12kVA connection is the one I want?

Correct, Not applicable as far as heat recovery is concerned.

However, how are you heating your house? If you have a heat pump or any heating system (including immersions) that require significant electrical input then you need to list them.

Outside the heat recovery it's oil fired central heating and a solid fuel stove

Then leave the heat pump section blank and fill in the "Other heating" section listing immersion and oil burner showing what their electrical inputs are.

Your electrician or plumber should be able to answer those two questions for you if you don't know.
