Does anyone remember seeing booklets in pharmacy's/chemist's around the city that gave info on common medical conditions like diabetes/high blood pressure?

If you do, please let me know, thanks.

Most if not all doctors offices will have them. Usually just in the lobby so I would imagine you could stroll by and collect some.

Most pharmacies would have information booklets, you might need to ask at pharmacy counter if you can’t see the one you need on display.
Croi have a good range of leaflets too- their day centre is in Newcastle.
