    Hi,

Anyone got any thoughts on this system? Talking to an installer and uses this kit. Curious if anyone has it and can give me guidance on it as a good system?

Their equipment is generally good. I have plenty of the Wisdom & LightSYS2 installed.

Is it not a bit odd that this panel plugs into a power socket rather than wiring to the mains? So if unplugged. the battery is good for 6-8 hours... is this normal? How long would a battery last in a mains powered system if power was cut to it?

You mean like PW systems? There is a regulation coming out that panels like these will need a socket lock.

A socket lock would make sense alright!
