    Hi Guy's

I am about to set out an access road on a site which is rectangular, narrow frontage to road, extends deep.

I want to keep access to land behind the site, for future development, so the road will be used for access to Site 1, and then later for Site 2, at the rear

What is the minimum width for such a shared road, or laneway, more accurately

    Thanks.
