    1. I’m selling my house, do I need to ring Irish Water to close my account?

    We would advise you to call 1850 448 448 to close your account and update your details.

    2.  Hi, we have a serious issue with our Well water system. We have made an application to Irish Water to get connected to the Local Supply, but is there any way to speed this up?

    Would you mind sending a PM with the following information and we will look into this for you?

    - Name;
    - The name on the application;
    - Your contact number;
    - The submission date of the application form;
    - The Local Authority you applied through; &
    - The reference number for your application

    3. Hi, I moved to Ireland from the UK. Do I need to register with Irish Water?

    4. My refund cheque was sent to an old pre-IW address of mine. How can I get this cancelled and re-issued please?
