just wondering what would you recommend as the best activity tracker in terms of value for money, what I am looking for is tracker to monitor, running, cycling, HRM, and one that would link up with App for IMAC/Samsung phone, and if possible Zwift to base the BPM for when doing training sessions.

I have a fitbit felx1, but strap is gone, so not sure whether to get new strap for this (hard to come by) and get a separate HRM or get a multi-functional new device.

Budget is up to €150/170, so what would you go for ?

If it's less than 2 years you can ask fitbit to replace it. I assume you mean it's just broken. They're very good for that.

Don't know enough to recommend anything else sorry

I have my Fitbit nearly two years and it's still under guarantee. They are very good to deal with. If item is no longer sold you could get a nice upgrade for yourself.

My first Fitbit was replaced. The second one I opted to upgrade and paid 50%.
